This shipping policy applies to the following services:

  • Shopping Portal (Payzon Shoppy): Physical products ordered through our e-commerce platform
  • Courier Services: Shipments booked through our domestic and international courier services
  • Seller Products: Items sold by third-party sellers on our marketplace

Note: Digital products, API services, and virtual services are delivered electronically and are not covered by this shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We provide shipping to all serviceable PIN codes across India, including:

  • • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • • Remote and rural locations (subject to courier serviceability)
  • • Union Territories

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries through our courier partners. Coverage includes major destinations across:

Shipping Charges

Shopping Portal Orders

  • FREE Standard shipping on orders above ₹500
  • • ₹50-₹100 shipping charges for orders below ₹500 (varies by location)
  • • Express delivery: Additional ₹100-₹200 depending on location
  • • Same-day delivery: Additional ₹150-₹300 (where available)

Courier Service Charges

Courier charges are calculated based on:

  • Weight: Volumetric or actual weight, whichever is higher
  • Distance: Pickup to delivery location
  • Service Type: Standard, express, or overnight delivery
  • Dimensions: Oversize charges may apply for large packages

Rates are displayed during booking and confirmed via email after pickup.

International Shipping Charges

  • • Calculated based on destination country, weight, and dimensions
  • • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver
  • • Insurance charges (optional): 1-2% of declared value
  • • Minimum charge: ₹500 for international shipments

Tracking Your Shipment

Track your shipment easily through multiple channels:

  • Payzoapi Dashboard: Log in to view real-time tracking updates
  • Email Notifications: Receive automatic updates at each shipping milestone
  • SMS Alerts: Get delivery status via text messages
  • Tracking Number: Use your unique tracking ID on courier partner websites
  • Mobile App: Track through our mobile application

Tracking includes: Pickup confirmation, in-transit updates, out for delivery alerts, and delivery confirmation with recipient details.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not accept packages with visible external damage; report to delivery person immediately
  • • If damage is discovered after acceptance, photograph the packaging and damaged items
  • • Report damage within 24 hours to support@payzoapi.com with photos
  • • Do not discard packaging until claim is resolved
  • • Replacement or refund processed after damage verification

Insured shipments: Full compensation as per declared value (up to insurance limit)

Customs and Duties (International)

For international shipments:

  • • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the recipient's responsibility
  • • Accurate declaration of contents and value is mandatory
  • • Shipments may be delayed at customs for inspection
  • • Prohibited items will be returned or destroyed as per local laws
  • • Customs invoices and documentation provided with each shipment
  • • We are not responsible for customs-related delays or charges

Restricted and Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be shipped through our services:

  • • Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
  • • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and explosives
  • • Hazardous materials (flammable, corrosive, toxic)
  • • Perishable food items without proper permits
  • • Live animals or plants (without authorization)
  • • Counterfeit or pirated goods
  • • Currency, precious stones, and high-value jewelry (without proper declaration)
  • • Items violating intellectual property rights

Shipping restricted items may result in package seizure, legal action, and account termination.
