1. Eligibility:

  • 1.1. Verification: Payzon India pvt ltd reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation to confirm a participant's eligibility to participate in the Program.
  • 1.2. Termination: Payzon India pvt ltd may terminate a participant's involvement in the Program at any time if it is discovered that the participant provided false or inaccurate information during enrollment or violated any applicable laws or regulations.
2. Service Passive Bonus:

  • 2.1. Operator Selection: Participants in the Program should be aware that the availability and terms of bonuses on recharge may vary based on the selected mobile service provider/operator.
    Payzon India pvt ltd is not responsible for any changes or limitations imposed by these operators.
3. Company Performance Bonus:

  • 3.1. Participants acknowledge that non-working income, including slot income, is subject to the performance and growth of Payzon India pvt ltd 's global community. There is no guaranteed time frame for receiving slot income, and it may vary based on the community's performance.
  • 3.2. To be eligible for the withdrawal of slot income, participants must join with a Direct ID on a slot-wise basis as specified by Payzon India pvt ltd . Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of slot income..
  • 3.3. Participants must purchase slots in a sequential and systematic manner, as instructed by Payzon India pvt ltd . Any deviation from this purchase order may affect eligibility for slot income.
4. Termination of Participation:

  • 4.1. Payzon India pvt ltd reserves the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the Program at its discretion, with or without cause. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any accrued benefits or compensation.
  • 4.2. Participants have the right to terminate their participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to Payzon India pvt ltd . Termination by a participant does not entitle them to a refund of any fees paid.
5. Communication and Notices:

  • 5.1. By participating in the Program, you consent to receive email communications from Payzon India pvt ltd . You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the provided instructions.
6. Amendments to Terms:

  • 6.1. Payzon India pvt ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to participants through the Program's official communication channels.

8. Privacy:

9. Business Purpose Restriction:

  • 9.1. Payzon India pvt ltd operates on a Business-to-Customer (B2C) model, and participants are strictly prohibited from using the services for Business-to-Business (B2B) purposes.
  • 9.2. In the event that Payzon India pvt ltd determines that a participant is utilizing the services for business-related activities, Payzon India pvt ltd reserves the right to terminate the participant's account without prior notice.
  • 9.3. Participants acknowledge and agree that any termination due to business use will result in the forfeiture of accrued benefits or compensation, and Payzon India pvt ltd will not be liable for any losses incurred.
10. Withdrawal Policy:

  • 10.1  A withdrawal request can be made by the member once they have accumulated a minimum 100 Rs balance in their account.
  • 10.2  Upon submitting a withdrawal request, the member agrees to the following deductions:
  • (a)  An administrative charge of 10 percent of the total withdrawal amount will be deducted.
  • (b)   A TDS of 5 percent will be deducted from the total withdrawal amount in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • (c)  An amount of 5 percent of the total withdrawal will be deducted as a service charge .
  • 10.3   The remaining balance after deducting the administrative charge, TDS, and service charge will be transferred to the member's designated bank account. The member is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date bank account details for the transfer.
  • 10.4   The member acknowledges that the company will not be held responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect bank account details provided by the member.
  • 10.5   In the event of any changes to the applicable tax regulations or company policies, the deductions mentioned above may be subject to revision. The member will be notified of any such changes in advance.
  • 10.6   The company reserves the right to reject or delay a withdrawal request if the member's account is under investigation for any violation of the company's policies or terms and conditions.
  • 10.7   Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the withdrawal process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Payzon India pvt ltd.
